By Mail: Applications for Camps and Retreats

Step 1
Download and complete a registration form listed above.

Step 2
Participants are encouraged to send in the full fee with their registration. A minimum $25 - $100 deposit (Cost depends on specific camp policies) must accompany each registration. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Make checks payable to the Registrar noted in the camp listing.

Step 3
MAIL EARLY. Space at camp is limited. Spaces are filled in the order in which registrations are received. Some camps offer a cost reduction if mailed early.

Step 4
Step 4 After your registration is received and processed, the Registrar will send you a letter of confirmation. This confirmation letter will include the following information and materials:

  • what to bring to camp
  • what to expect from your time together
  • transportation
  • when to arrive at camp
  • directions to the campsite
  • health form which must be completed and brought to camp on opening day
